ANDY BROMBERG is a sales trainer, Internet marketing expert, and web developer. He has worked as a sales consultant for over 15 years, with clients that include IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Fidelity, Janus Funds, and Wachovia and many regional and super-regional banks. He is a Certified Facilitator of Integrity Selling™ and has also engaged in entrepreneurial ventures in Internet marketing, printing, publishing, and real estate.
DICK EVANS was a Senior VP and Creative Director at three international ad agencies, as well as as Executive Creative Director of J. Walter Thompson Direct. He has won many creative honors, including Clio Awards. He supervised and wrote copy for Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Citicorp, The Equitable. He wrote Earn More, Sleep Better: The Index Fund Solution (Simon & Schuster 2000) and has published in Advertising Age and The Journal of Indexes. He has appeared on Bloomberg TV, MSNBC, AOL’s SageOnline, and in The New York Times.
